大相撲八百長問題 5日の提出期限を前に、新たに幕内3力士が引退届提出
大相撲の八百長問題で、5日の期限を前に、3人が引退届を提出した。4日、新たに引退届を提出したのは、琴春日、春日王、猛虎浪の幕内3力士。日本相撲協会は、これまでに23人の関与認定者に引退勧告や出場停止などの処分を下し、事実上の角界追放を決めている。これまでに、引退届を提出していない力士は10人以上にのぼるとみられ、処分に不満を持つ力士らは、法的措置も辞さない構えを見せているが、協会は、引退届を提出しない場合、解雇や除名など、より重い処分を科すとしている。
