腰痛予防・改善体操2
腰の両外側にある腰方形(ようほうけい)筋など腰回りの筋肉を伸ばす運動。仰向けのまま、両腕を広げ、足を伸ばして、腰を左右どちらかにゆっくりと向けます。筋肉を伸ばすように、しばらく同じ姿勢を保ちます。血の流れが停滞した時に起こる腰痛に有効だと考えられています。
