團體到立法會外請願促調查八達通出售個人資料事件
立法會財經事務委員會舉行特別會議，討論八達通公司出售個人資料的事件，八達通行政總裁陳碧鏵、個人資料私隱專員吳斌、財經事務及庫務局及金管局亦派人出席會議。 會前，一批關注公共事業的團體，到立法會門外請願，批評八達通公司隱瞞出售個人資料的事件，而港鐵身為八達通的大股東，有責任交代事件，促請政府展開調查。
