"Introducing Backbone.js" by Michael Lovitt - Backbone.js is a library that provides a structured manner for developers of client-heavy applications to keep their data in sync between the HTML UI, the JavaScript logic, and their database. Its models afford CRUD operations, as well as validation and built-in callbacks for the views to handle any changes in their attributes.
