Wichita police identified BTK suspect
In a press conference this morning, the Wichita police chief announced 59-year-old Dennis Rader is in custody and under investigation for 10 killings under the alias BTK. Rader is being held on a $10 million bond and is expected to appear in court via video tomorrow.
