Equity futures are pointing lower this morning with the Dow Jones Industrial Average looking to open 14 points lower while the broader S&P500 index is looking to open over 3 points lower. Moving fast in the pre-market session are shares of Radiant Systems (NASDAQ:RADS) up over 30% on news that NCR (NYSE:NCR) agreed to acquire the company for $1.2 billion; and Clean Energy Fuels Corp (NASDAQ:CLNE) up 12% on news that the company is receiving a $150 million investment from Chesapeake Energy Corp. (NYSE:CHK) Shares of Novellus Systems (NASDAQ:NVLS) are down over 4% a day after the company reported Q2 results; Infosys Technologies (NASDAQ:INFY) down over 6% after the company reported quarterly results; American Superconductor Corp (NASDAQ:AMSC) down over 6% after the company cut its prior revenue statements by 35%; Renesola (NYSE:SOL) down over 8% after the company cut its Q2 outlook on weak wafer prices; and Microchip (NASDAQ:MCHP) is down over 9% after the company missed quarterly profit expectations.
