15歲少年疑殺母和妹被捕 警方初步稱疑兇無精神病或濫藥
一名15歲少年懷疑在荃灣寓所內，殺害母親及妹妹被捕，警方初步調查顯示，疑兇沒有精神病紀錄，亦無濫藥習慣。 兩名死者頸部以下及身上有多處刀傷，單位內有爭執過的痕跡。 42歲女死者及丈夫在區內經營茶餐廳，有街坊說，疑兇平日較沉默，警方正調查行兇動機。
