陳鑑林：香港進入協商共識新時期
立法會繼續辯論政改方案，民建聯的陳鑑林表示，香港已經進入一個協商共識的新時期，任何人抱著不信任的心態，香港是不會有前途。 陳鑑林說，政改需循序漸進，一步到位亦會有機會行差踏錯，到時要改便十分困難。他認為盡快通過2012政改方案，不單有助本港政制發展，讓市民有更多時間討論2017、2020雙普選，亦有助緩和社會分歧。
