Lee Fox, executive director of Save Our Seabirds, was in Tampa Bay when a freighter had collided with two barges, spilling more than 300,000 gallons of oil. She coordinated the effort to help the birds that were covered in oil.  She and her volunteers are ready to help with the Gulf oil spill when needed.
