A very delicious drink from the Level vodka website. I have made it a little more complex with the addition of fresh pear balanced against a botanical backdrop. Had a few problems while making the drink, so watch the video and see what happened.   Take a shaker. Add 3 pieces of fresh ginger to the shaker. Add 1/4 pear (diced well). Add 1 3/4 oz. lemon juice. Muddle them properly. Add 1 3/4 oz. honey to the shaker. Muddle again. Add ice to the shaker. Add 3 oz. gin. Shake well. Double strain the cocktail in a chilled martini glass.
