Michelle Obama, Wal-Mart announce health campaign
Jan. 21: First Lady Michelle Obama has taken her effort to get Americans to eat better to the nation’s largest retailer, Wal-Mart, which has promised to cut prices on fresh fruits and vegetables and to reduce fat, sugar and salt and eliminate trans-fats in some of its store brands by 2015. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
