Podium The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) held its 62nd National Annual Conference in Ottawa, from August 22nd to 25th, 2010. The theme of this year’s conference was "Guardians of Our Communities, from Local to Global." On August 23rd, former Governor of the Bank of Canada, David Dodge, gave a keynote address entitled "Guardians of Our Economies: the Fiscal and Economic Challenges Facing Governments".
