退陣、２次補正など３案の成立がメド～首相
菅首相は２７日夜、自らの退陣時期について「１１年度第２次補正予算案の成立、再生可能エネルギー法の成立、特例公債法の成立が一つのメドになる」と、初めて具体的な条件を明言した。法案が成立しない場合、今国会の会期末までに退陣するかは明言せず。
