It’s becoming more and more difficult for companies and consumers to get a loan. Buying a new TV on credit, pre-financing a large project or starting a business – lenders are forcing potential borrowers to run the gauntlet.The reason: Banks are only willing to loan money when there’s adequate collateral involved.
