央行：月底前發百年三開典藏版，延至九月
央行宣布，原訂於6月底前發售的建國百年百元券三開典藏版，因委外廠商製作封套卡交貨時程延宕，無法依原訂時程發售；中央印製廠已再公開招標委外製作封套卡，以補足不足數，第二批發售量50萬套預訂9月底前對外發售。
