今集的主角,就是檸檬,我們日常很喜歡用檸檬作為食物或飲品的配料,有人更會把檸檬用鹽醃起來,調製成具止咳潤喉的補品──鹹檸七,這次阿蘇走訪一間家族經營的食店,深入廚房看看大家姐所醃製的鹹檸,和如何沖調招牌鹹檸七,另外,又會介紹一下那裡的煲仔飯,特點在於把飯放進麵包焗爐急速煮熱,五分鐘煲廿四個飯,勁! 阿蘇教大家沖一杯好飲檸水,主要是先把糖和檸檬混合,再加熱水,你將會感覺到比平時所喝的好飲多了。在大澳,有一處地方所製的檸檬茶是沒有檸檬的,秘密在哪裡?一看你便知! 最後,阿蘇帶了幾瓶自己醃的鹹柑桔上來給大家試試味,但唯獨一樽醃了近五十年的家傳之寶不可公諸同好,因為實在太珍貴了……
