Historic and marvelous Acharavi
Acharavi is a location in the yankee coast of Corfu, Ellas. The region offers a perspective of the Albanian shore. Acharavi belongs to the past accord of Agios Panteleimonas. The former dominion of Agios Panteleimonas is today one of the ten firefighter sections of the Municipality of Thinali. Etymologically, the folk Acharavi consists of the Greek line Achari Hebe (pronounounced: 'Ahari Ivi) significance "graceless life/youth". Originally it was titled Hebe and was an ancient European municipality, peradventure named after the girl of Zeus, Hebe. The metropolis was wrecked in 32 BC by the Romish Emperor Octavian and was thus renamed from the port of sprightliness "Hebe" into the municipality of "Unpleasing Sprightliness" Acharavi. After Domain War II and the Hellenic Civil War, its village was mainly restored. Locating of settlement is at 39°47’21.4" N, 19°48'50.7"E.
