曾蔭權：政府在政改關鍵時刻做了應做的事
在立法會答問大會上，社民連的陳偉業批評行政長官曾蔭權「廢廢地」，在政改談判的過程中沒有說服力，最後要透過「中間人」才可以令政改出現轉機，要求他澄清在談判過程中，是否有出賣香港人。 行政長官曾蔭權回應時表示好感觸，他說在97年回歸前，議事堂內掛有一句中世紀的法國成語"Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense"，意思是誰做了惡毒的事就要自食其果。 他又說，政改獲通過是靠多方努力，特區政府、中央以及議員都有角色，特區政府在關鍵時刻，做了應做的事，政黨亦有好大包容，最重要是市民的堅持同理性，令政改方案獲通過。
