警方九龍灣搗外圍集團檢1.7億元投注記錄
警方破獲一個大型非法賭波及賭馬集團，拘捕4人，包括集團主腦及骨幹成員，年齡介乎43至58歲，涉及投注金額達1.7億元。 警方有組織罪案三合會調查科總督察吳偉漢表示，今次案件比較罕見，是歷來最大的收受外圍賭注集團，警方相信已成功瓦解該集團。 吳偉漢又說，集團已運作超過半年，相當有規模，總部設在九龍灣宏泰道合力工業中心一個單位，現場找到大量電腦、手提電話等，保安嚴密，設有閉路電視，集團會利用電話及在網上接受非法投注。 警方又在佐敦吳松街一間酒店房間，發現相信是集團的支部。
