古口を出た列車は今まで右に沿っていた最上川を渡り、平坦で開放的な区間に出ます。津谷停車前後では羽黒山系の山並みが後方に広がり、田畑の緑も彩を添え美しい車窓を楽しめます。最上川の支流鮭川を渡り小高い丘をトンネルで抜けると羽前前波に到着します。■公開中余目→清川 酒田→新庄※全区間鉄道チャンネル での公開予定
