范徐麗泰：社會愈趨以粗暴方式表達不滿或衝擊本港法治
全國人大常委范徐麗泰表示，對於民主黨提出的區議會方案，即使是不被中央或特區政府接納，將來仍可以繼續討論，她認為這個是不錯的方案，但強調這只是她個人的想法，不能影響得到中央、特區政府或市民。 她又說，假如2012年政改方案不被通過，由誰負責任都不重要，反而要關注本港自去年開始，愈來愈多言語暴力和肢體接觸的表達方式。 范徐麗泰認為，香港作為法治社會，市民自覺地守法是重要，假如愈來愈多人對不喜歡的事情，就以公民抗命或粗暴的方式表達，她擔心可能衝擊法治基礎，最終可能得不償失。
