Biofuel’s efficiency debatable
Americans are consuming biofuels at record rates in order to save money and cut down on pollution, a recent study from the University of Minnesota and The Nature Conservancy said that 17 to 420 times more carbon may be released into the atmosphere when land is converted to farmland to grow the crops required for the fuel.
