Bulging Missouri River Strains Levee System
Cities and towns along the Missouri River in Iowa are buttressing their levee systems with sandbags, as they face several more months of flood risk.  In Hamburg, Iowa, a town of about 1,200 in the southwest corner of the state, the levee already has sprung three leaks. WSJ’s Douglas Belkin reports.
