George Mason University has several internationally recognized programs of study. Tamra Pearson d’Estree discusses how ICAR is working with international partners to develop similar programs in mediation and conflict resolution at locations in the Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.  Kinsgley Haynes discusses the activities of this School which includes its peace-keeping program, electronic commerce and security research, and a new Masters in Public Policy program.
