Public Record The Crown in Canada: Present Realities and Future Options On June 9th and 10th, 2010, in Ottawa, The Institute of Intergovernmental Relations at Queen’s University and the Canadian Study of Parliament Group organized a conference entitled "The Crown in Canada: Present Realities and Future Options". The fourth session on June 10th, entitled "The Crown and the First Nations: Historical Reality, Future Promise," featured David Arnot (Chief Commissioner, Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission) and Noel Cox (Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand).
