Googles (GOOG) advertising business practices being investigated by the European Commission, the European Unions antitrust regulators announced today.  The Commission will probe whether Google imposes exclusivity obligations on its advertising partners, including whether Google prohibited them from placing competitor ads on their sites, as well as whether its practices blocked computer and software vendors from competing search tools.
