Public Record The 2010 Canada 3.0 digital media forum On May 10th, 2010, the Chairman of the CRTC, Konrad W. von Finckenstein, delivered opening comments prior to the Changing Regulation panel discussion. In his remarks Mr. Von Finckenstein discussed policy changes that will be required to deal with emerging new technologies.  In the Changing Regulation panel discussion, Peter Lyman, Senior Partner, Nordicity, Lawson Hunter, Stikeman, Elliott, Pamela Dinsmore, Vice President, Regulatory, Rogers Communications Inc. and Jason J. Kee, Director of Policy and Legal Affairs for the Entertainment Software Association of Canada, discussed how digital rights, regulations and policies need to change in Canada.
