消委會倡「冷靜期」擴至預繳消費服務
消委會總幹事劉燕卿表示，政府發表的消費權益立法諮詢文件，建議設7天冷靜期，僅限於旅遊會籍銷售及上門推銷並不足夠，認為應該將冷靜期擴闊至預繳消費服務，包括纖體美容和健身等，讓消費者有時間考慮清楚，亦可令推銷人員推銷服務時有所收歛。
