岳飛是南宋的一位名將，在他出世時，天上出現一隻大鵬鳥，加上其爹娘希望兒子能夠「鵬程萬里，遠舉高飛」，於是替他改了字號為「鵬舉」。有一次，他的母親為了提醒他要時刻緊記父母對他的期望，便要他抄寫「鵬舉」二字，但岳飛卻寫了「舉朋」二字，更說「舉朋」才是他的志向，到底小時候的岳飛在想甚麼呢？讓葱葱告訴大家吧﹗ 開心的時光總是短暫的，「Handela慳啲啦」環節最終也來到尾聲，臨別秋波，Handela Auntie 決定作出最後一擊，教大家既能增加對食物的新鮮感，又不會浪費食物的「終極慳飲慳食」妙法，誓要將「慳家」精神一直延續下去﹗ 吃甜品的確可以令人心情開朗，「Yummy 好滋味」今集會教大家簡單又健康的甜品—「香草南瓜小布甸」，一起跟主持們動手炮製吧﹗
