普選聯：要求十名區議員就可提名參選名單
普選聯召開記者會，成員馬嶽表示，普選聯要求，立法會新增區議會功能組別議席，只要10名區議員就可以提名參選。 馬嶽解釋，現時所有功能組別的提名門檻，都是10人提名，他看不到區議會組別，要有更高提名門檻，普選聯又建議新增區議會議席，在全港不分區，以比例代表制進行。
