혻 -미국 교통사고 뺑소니 사건, 무관심한 시민들- 혻 "차에 부딪힌 부분이 머리였어요." "그 남자가 바닥에 쓰러졌어요, 사방에 온통 피범벅이였죠. 머리가 깨졌어요. .. 사고가 났을때 왜 아무도 도와 주려하지 않았는지 이해 하지 못하겠어요" 혻 "비디오카메라에 찍힌것은 뺑소니차가 중앙선을 넘어 달리다 Park Street을 건너고 있는 행인을 치는 장면입니다. 차에 튕기며 길 가운데로 떨어 지고 운전자는 도망갑니다. 경찰 서장을 당황케한 것은 그 다음에 일어난 일입니다. 아무일도 없엇거든요. 혻 교통카메라를 보면 10대의 차가 길에 누운 행인 옆으로 지나가고 두대는 방향을 틀어 반대로 갑니다. 인도에 있던 목격자들이 다가 섭니다. 아무도 도와주지는 않습니다. 혻 "The back of his head was what hit the car." He flips over the car and lands in the middle of the road. The driver takes off.But it's what happens next that really has the police cheif upset. Nothing.  혻 Watch the video from the traffic camera.
