The 2000 km long trip is a tribute to his legendary journey as the company’s test driver.Children’s Book Author Janosch Turns 80March 11 marks the birthday of the creator of the world-famous children’s book characters Little Bear, Little Tiger and the yellow and black striped Tiger Duck. The trio's famous "Trip to Panama" won Janosch the German Youth Literature Award. We visited him on the Canary Island of Tenerife where he’s been living since 1980.
