OKLAHOMA CITY The Bricktown Brewery opened its doors in 1992, and it helped drive the now legendary revitalization of Bricktown in downtown Oklahoma City. The beer-making process takes place at the brewery; guests can watch the brewing process as they sip different beers such as Red Brick or Copperhead. In addition to hand-made beers, the bar and restaurant serves American pub-style eats like secret-recipe chicken tenders.
