旅遊業議會主席胡兆英說，旅遊業議會服務熱線2807 0707，由下月起延長服務時間至凌晨12時，長遠會提供24小時服務。 議會又會與政府在兩個月內，研究出進一步規管業界的措施，挽回內地旅客來港旅遊的信心。
