Japan quake could alter Tokyo risk: expert
Scientists are looking into the likelihood that Japan’s devastating earthquake could increase the chances of a mega-quake hitting the Tokyo metropolis, home to 30 million people, but it's unlikely to have any effect on seismic activity on the US west coast, a National Science Foundation geophysicist, Jim Withcomb, told AFPTV.
