ロシア・ボルガ川遊覧船沈没事故 救難当局、船内で30〜40人の子どもの遺体発見と発表
ロシア中部のタタルスタン共和国内のボルガ川で遊覧船が沈没した事故で、救難当局は11日、30〜40人の子どもの遺体が船内で見つかったことを発表した。捜索にあたった潜水士によると、船内の娯楽室には、30〜40人の子どもの遺体が残されているという。娯楽室では、子ども向けの娯楽企画が行われていたため、多くの子どもが集まっていた。現場は海流が速く、船を引き揚げるまで、子どもたちの遺体の収容は難しいという。沈没した船は、56年前に造られ、定員140人のところに乗客乗員あわせて208人が乗っていたとみられていて、これまでに79人を救出、58人の遺体が収容されたが、依然、71人が行方不明となっている。
