河北強佔萬畝耕地 農民上訪無門
中國河北邯鄲市馬頭生態工業城城南辦事處，自2008年以來違法強佔黃鼠村、杜村等14個村農民耕地超過一萬畝，並侵佔土地補償款，還動用警察和黑社會人員鎮壓，有護地農民郭志方被活活打死，農民上訪和打官司也遭到阻撓。
