黃仁龍：食環署有酌情權決定是否就輕微罪行作出檢控
一名身體傷殘的持牌流動小販早前獲撤銷阻街罪，但繼續被控以「售賣非牌照指明商品」，被法庭判罰100元，律政司司長黃仁龍說，是食環署依據酌情權而作出的決定。 黃仁龍在回應立法會議員質詢時表示，根據簡易治罪程序及檢控政策，署方有權在一些輕微罪行上，考慮檢控是否符合公眾利益，以事先警告方式處理，但若當事人屢勸不聽，署方可依法提出檢控。
