Only the Freshest Leaves from the Fields : A man turns up at the Florette farm in an old yellow car, and pulls a telephone from a hedge to order a bag of crispy salad. Another man dozing by a tree springs into action and runs to where a band of workers is busy in a field picking leaves in a regimented fashion and singing "crispy salad" in time to their labours. A supervisor stops the work and closely inspects some of the leaves, before they are placed in a bag and appear by the car presented by hands from inside the hedge. The narrator advises that Florette only select the freshest leaves from their fields.
