Today’s Big Gainers: BUCY, ISLN, TSTC
Caterpillar (CAT) said today it has agreed to buy Bucyrus (BUCY) in an $8.6 billion transaction, including debt.  Bucyrus shareholders will receive $92 per share in cash, a 32% premium to Bucyrus closing price Friday, for a total of $7.6 billion in cash.
