In Committee From The House Of Commons Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates Doug Maley of Western Economic Diversification and André Morin from the Department of Public Works testify on green energy project funding and the controversy surrounding the business activities of former MP Rahim Jaffer.  Transport Minister John Baird, Natural Resources Minister Christian Paradis, and Minister of State Gary Goodyear also appeared in place of ministerial staff who were scheduled to testify.
