Home Prices Fell 0.3% in August
Single-Family home prices dipped a seasonally adjusted 0.3% in August, compared to July, according to the S&P/Case-Shiller index of 20 cities.  Compared to August 2009, home prices were actually up 1.7%, although prices rose 3.2% in July versus July 2009.
