KU requires money for campus repairs
The University of Kansas is treading on thin ice. The University needs plenty of repairs, some major, but the money is not there. According to a Board of Regents report, $74 million are required to be provided to start campus repairs across the state. Keith Yehle, director of government relations, said this number is not being met and support is actually declining. The Board of Regents said that the repairs at KU are necessary to not only recruit students, but to keep the current students safe.
