124 With Arrest Warrants Found In Nursing Homes
The Illinois Attorney General has found 21 nursing homes in the Chicago area that are hideouts for 124 people, residents and staffers who have active arrest warrants. They include felons and sex offenders. CBS 2’s Roseanne Tellez reports.
