專家教你如何分辨養殖及野生午仔魚
市售午仔魚被驗出含有孔雀綠，引發消費者恐慌，嘉義區漁會及養魚專家都說，被驗出含有孔雀綠的午仔魚，幾乎可以確定出自養殖魚塭 ，不可能是野生午仔魚。而分辨兩者的撇步是，養殖午仔魚的鰓鰭、尾鰭都是淺黃色，野生午仔魚則都是黑色，提供消費者分辨。 （2011.7.6）
