Kaipen Rollups With Yellow Snapper
Kaipen is a Laotian food made of fresh water green algae, vegetables, and sesame seeds - sort of a Laotian nori.  It is a great and tasty healthy vegetable and can be used like nori. In this video Kaipen is used as wrapper for a lovely fresh fish. Any solid flesh fish would work nicely.
