Good Morning. It’s Wednesday, June 1, 2011. At this hour, U.S. equity futures are down. Overseas, the Asian markets were mixed, while the European markets are lower. Telvent (NASDAQ:TLVT) announced that they have entered into an agreement in which Schneider Electric will launch an offer to acquire all Telvent shares at $40 per share. Lenovo (LNVGY) acquired MEDION to expand its business in Western Europe. Kennedy Wilson (NYSE:KW) announced the acquisition of Bank of Ireland Real Estate Investment Management. Danaher (NYSE:DHR) said its previously announced tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Beckman Coulter (NYSE:BEC) for $83.50 per share in cash has been extended and will now expire on June 24. Equity LifeStyle Properties (NYSE:ELS) to acquire 76 manufactured home communities for $1.43B from Hometown America.
