Anil Kumble created a record on Saturday when he became the first Indian and fifth cricketer ever to claim 500 wickets in Test cricket. Kumble reached the milestone when he dismissed Stephen Harmison leg before on the third day of the second cricket Test against England in Mohali. The Karnataka leg spinner has now joined the list that includes Shane Warne (659), Muttiah Muralitharan (600), Glenn McGrath (542) and Courtney Walsh (519).
