This is a family business with some 30 employees, mostly women. They’ve got the system down to a fine art. The hair is washed several times, dyed, dried, and carefully combed. Rinse and repeat — they get through as much as 200 kilos of hair every day. And some clients even come by to pick up some takeaway tresses at factory prices.
