Murdoch’s News Corp. Drops BSkyB Bid
Lawrence Haverty, a portfolio manager at Gamco Investors Inc., talks about News Corp.'s decision to drop a bid to gain full control of British Sky Broadcasting Group Plc after U.K. lawmakers demanded the offer be scrapped because of a phone hacking scandal at its newspapers.
